what is it ?

Hypnosis is a solution-focused brief therapy that focuses on the present and the future in a positive way, rather than dwelling on the problems which caused clients to seek help. Instead of asking why, we ask how. How do you want to feel? How can you achieve this?

Hypnosis is a deep guided meditation. My voice will guide you on a journey towards an altered state of consciousness. We all experience hypnotic states when we are immersed in a book or when you get carried away by a song or a movie. It takes you to a different place, where things are perceived differently. In a hypnotic or trance state, you remain aware of what is going on around you, you float in this intermediate space between awake and asleep. As a result, your level of alertness diminishes, allowing the doors of your subconscious to unlock. Hypnosis enables you to revisit reality and change your perception of it. It helps rewire your brain and build healthy patterns of behaviour. It is a powerful tool for inner transformation and self affirmation.

 

 

Hypnosis and Dependencies

 

Hypnosis is an incredible tool to get rid of addictive behaviours, such as smoking, drinking, substance and medication abuse, eating disorders, emotional dependency and codependent relationships. In most cases, dependency is psychological and not physical. The substance often fills up a feeling of emptiness, a lack of affection or an emotional void. It also gives the illusion of self-confidence. In my practice, I use Neuro Linguistic Programming to identify what is underlying the addictive behaviour. Becoming aware of the root cause often triggers an awakening. I then use hypnosis to decondition old habits, allowing you to reach autonomy and freedom, and suggest new behaviours that are more aligned with your core values and the vision you have for your life

Hypnosis and Self-Confidence

By rewiring new thought patterns, hypnosis enables you to build and strengthen your self-worth, as wells as get rid of phobias and anxiety. During a hypnosis session, I also use Neuro Linguistic Programming to clear your fears and limiting self-beliefs from your subconscious, allowing you to reach your full potential, trust your unique voice and manifest your vision. When you become aware of your gifts, you allow yourself to thrive both personally and professionally. When you start being in your worth, you naturally take your place in the world and attract fulfilling human relationships.
